Mountain Journeys Registration

Dear Applicant,

Thank you for choosing to ride with Mountain Journeys®. If you volunteer with or help a group of at risk youth and would like to register to receive sponsorship, please fill out the form below. One of our development heads will get in touch with you shortly to discuss timelines and next steps for placement. Please register each individual in your group that you feel is a good candidates to benefit from the program. We will do our best to accomodate each member of your group. Please answer all questions to the best of your ability and press the submit button. You may also print out this page and mail or fax it in , please see the information at the bottom of the page.
